SNHG14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,950 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, MYEF2, and LANCL1. Each is linked with SNHG14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG14-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNHG14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNHG14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
