SNHG11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG11-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTAN1P1, RNU6-86P, and MIR6133. Each is linked with SNHG11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG11-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTAN1P1 grouped by SNHG11-low versus SNHG11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNHG11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNHG11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
