SNHG10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNHG10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,756 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNHG10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YLPM1, MTA1, and IRF2BPL. Each is linked with SNHG10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNHG10-to-partner and partner-to-SNHG10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNHG10 versus YLPM1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNHG10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNHG10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
