SNF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,418 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNF8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KPNB1, UBE2Z, and BUB3. Each is linked with SNF8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNF8-to-partner and partner-to-SNF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNF8 versus KPNB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
