Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,359 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS36, VWA8, and COG3. Each is linked with SNF8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNF8-to-partner and partner-to-SNF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNF8 versus VPS36 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
