Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,476 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNF8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, Protein-DNA complex assembly, and Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with SNF8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNF8-to-partner and partner-to-SNF8 results are reported.
