Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNED1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNED1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SNED1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNED1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SNED1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
