SNED1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNED1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,194 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNED1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, PALM, and RSU1. Each is linked with SNED1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNED1-to-partner and partner-to-SNED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNED1 versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
