SNED1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNED1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,281 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGI2-AS3, LTBP2, and RECK. Each is linked with SNED1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNED1-to-partner and partner-to-SNED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNED1 versus MAGI2-AS3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
