SNED1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNED1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,611 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARF, SPPL2B, and SBNO2. Each is linked with SNED1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNED1-to-partner and partner-to-SNED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNED1 versus CARF in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
