SNED1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNED1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 375 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIER1, PDE3A, and MYO6. Each is linked with SNED1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNED1-to-partner and partner-to-SNED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIER1 grouped by SNED1-low versus SNED1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
