SND1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,234 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, CUL1, and TNPO3. Each is linked with SND1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SND1-to-partner and partner-to-SND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
