SND1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,364 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC5, SSR4, and XBP1. Each is linked with SND1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SND1-to-partner and partner-to-SND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
