The most reproducible SND1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of clathrin-dependent endocytosis, Regulation of ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Organophosphate ester transport. Each is linked with SND1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SND1-to-partner and partner-to-SND1 results are reported.
