The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SNAPIN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNAPIN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and BRCA are the cancer types where SNAPIN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
