SNAPC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,725 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNC45A, RTF1, and ANP32A. Each is linked with SNAPC5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC5-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAPC5 versus UNC45A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
