SNAPC5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,222 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENY2, RPL29P19, and SREK1IP1P1. Each is linked with SNAPC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC5-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAPC5 versus ENY2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
