SNAPC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL43P, RNU6-492P, and RNU4-26P. Each is linked with SNAPC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC5-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL43P grouped by SNAPC5-low versus SNAPC5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
