Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNAPC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNAPC3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SNAPC3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNAPC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

HNSC, STAD, and OV are the cancer types where SNAPC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
