SNAPC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,131 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UHRF2, PSIP1, and SMARCA2. Each is linked with SNAPC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC3-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAPC3 versus UHRF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
