Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,660 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAM-AS1, RPL35, and ACVR2B. Each is linked with SNAPC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC3-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAPC3 versus STAM-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
