Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 645 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ30, LINC00502, and TRAJ10. Each is linked with SNAPC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC3-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC3 results are reported.
