Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNAPC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNAPC2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SNAPC2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNAPC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, PRAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where SNAPC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
