Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,369 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAPC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDIA6, PRDX4, and ALG5. Each is linked with SNAPC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC2-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAPC2 versus PDIA6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
