Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-264P, FARSBP1, and SCGB1D4. Each is linked with SNAPC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC2-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC2 results are reported.
