Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells and pDC. Each is linked with SNAPC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC2-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ T-cells grouped by SNAPC2-low versus SNAPC2-high in UCEC.
