Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAPC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,819 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAPC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Actin filament depolymerization, and Negative regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction. Each is linked with SNAPC2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC2-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion grouped by SNAPC2-low versus SNAPC2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
