Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,271 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAPC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDHD1, SLC16A3, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with SNAPC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC1-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAPC1 versus WDHD1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
