Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,154 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3920, RPS27P21, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with SNAPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC1-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC1 results are reported.
