Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 925 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSBPL9P5, FXYD6P1, and OR9G1. Each is linked with SNAPC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC1-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL9P5 grouped by SNAPC1-low versus SNAPC1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
