Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with SNAPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC1-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC1 results are reported.
