Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,897 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAPC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Elastin metabolic process, Transport of virus, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with SNAPC1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAPC1-to-partner and partner-to-SNAPC1 results are reported.
