Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNAP91 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNAP91 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SNAP91 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNAP91 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

STAD, ESCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where SNAP91 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
