SNAP91

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP91 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,096 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP91-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDK4, PCAT6, and GSTO2. Each is linked with SNAP91 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP91-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP91 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAP91 versus PDK4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP91→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
