Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP91 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAP91-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP420, AMD1, and RN7SKP181. Each is linked with SNAP91 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP91-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP91 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP420 grouped by SNAP91-low versus SNAP91-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP91→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
