SNAP91

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAP91 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 266 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP91-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA2, OR8D1, and ODF1. Each is linked with SNAP91 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP91-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP91 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA2 grouped by SNAP91-low versus SNAP91-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP91→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
