Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNAP47 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNAP47 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher SNAP47 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNAP47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and LUAD are the cancer types where SNAP47 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
