SNAP47

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,864 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO9, RPRD2, and POGZ. Each is linked with SNAP47 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP47-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAP47 versus IPO9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP47→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
