SNAP47

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP47 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,593 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP47-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARL8A, URB2, and TRIM11. Each is linked with SNAP47 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP47-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAP47 versus ARL8A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP47→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
