SNAP47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP47 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP47-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, 14-3-3_beta, and Rab25. Each is linked with SNAP47 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP47-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by SNAP47-low versus SNAP47-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP47→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
