Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAP47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,443 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP47-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP133, TSNAX, and SDE2. Each is linked with SNAP47 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP47-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAP47 versus NUP133 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
