Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAP47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,753 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAP47-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, U2-type prespliceosome assembly, and Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with SNAP47 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP47-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP47 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery grouped by SNAP47-low versus SNAP47-high in BONE.
