SNAP47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAP47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP47-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEL1L2, ATP1B4, and FAM71B. Each is linked with SNAP47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP47-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEL1L2 grouped by SNAP47-low versus SNAP47-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP47→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
