SNAP29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,675 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAP29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRKL, TRMT2A, and BCL2L13. Each is linked with SNAP29 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP29-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAP29 versus CRKL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
