Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP29 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,024 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1E1, DGCR6L, and MRPL40. Each is linked with SNAP29 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP29-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNAP29 versus ATP6V1E1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
