Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 269 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7-2, MIR1224, and MTND5P18. Each is linked with SNAP29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP29-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7-2 grouped by SNAP29-low versus SNAP29-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
