Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNAP29 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNAP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA3, ATM, and Bax. Each is linked with SNAP29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAP29-to-partner and partner-to-SNAP29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA3 grouped by SNAP29-low versus SNAP29-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNAP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNAP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
