Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNAI3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNAI3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SNAI3-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNAI3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and PAAD show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRP, and PAAD are the cancer types where SNAI3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
