Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNAI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,492 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNAI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription by RNA polymerase I, Wound healing, spreading of epidermal cells, and Nuclear transport. Each is linked with SNAI1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNAI1-to-partner and partner-to-SNAI1 results are reported.
