SMYD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SMYD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,056 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SMYD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, PIK3CA, and MUC5B. Each is linked with SMYD4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SMYD4-to-partner and partner-to-SMYD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SMYD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SMYD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
